Modern man spends most of his life at the computer. A large number of exercises have been created that take care of eye health. This article will introduce you to the main ones.

1. To remove the load and humidify, often freeze for a couple of minutes.
More than half of people have never thought of such a simple method of eye relaxation.

2. Open and close the eye with a period of Z-5 sec. on action. Some will say that they’ve only dreamed about this all their lives, but without exaggeration I’ll tell you that this method is quite effective. Tested on my own experience.

3.Push forever with light movements.

4. Look away from distant objects at close proximity to the objects, focusing your eyes over five seconds.
